On 15th April 2005 I gave my partners at the Ringrose Law Group 6 months notice of my wish to leave the partnership. The following week I was asked to take gardening leave with immediate effect. On 1st November I am opening a new practice to be known as Adie O’Reilly LLP, which will specialize in planning, property, construction and commercial matters. On 1st of January 2006, Michael O’Reilly shall join me in the new practice. Michael presently practices as a barrister. Michael also holds a part time position as professor of law at Kingston University. Michael has a PH.D in civil engineering and for some time headed the Civil Engineering department at Kingston. We have also recruited solicitor Chloe Kelsey-Webb, Legal Executive Tracy Mattison, Para-Legals Zoe Smith and Carrie Wetherill who will comprise our residential team.
