In the heart of the conservation area two minutes from Harbour Street and the beach Waves is a real find.

The fully equipped kitchen has a Smeg oven & hob, built in fridge freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave and washer/ dryer.

There is wi fi throughout the house, flat screen TV’s and satellite receivers in the lounge and both bedrooms along with DAB radios with ipod docks and a DVD player and ipod stereo in the living room.

There is a small private patio that attracts the sun from early morning till late afternoon which is perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast.

The house is well insulated, and the central heating warms the house in minutes.

From the limed oak floors downstairs and the modern tiled bathroom and the quirky downstairs loo. The house has two double bedrooms both with comfortable kingsized beds. The master bedroom on the third floor has wonderful views of the night sky.

Pets are welcome; there is a £20 a week cleaning supplement. (Dogs are allowed on the beaches at Whitstable all year round.)
